Everything you need to know before you order

Custom Gift Boxes

• Standard processing time is 4–5 business days.
• Complex or themed custom boxes may require additional time.
• Rush orders may be available depending on schedule (extra charge may apply).

Pre-Made Boxes

• Ready within 1–2 business days.

Pickup (FREE)

• Pickup is available in North West Edmonton.
• Exact location will be shared after order confirmation and payment.

Delivery

• Delivery fees vary based on distance.
• Delivery fee will be included in your final invoice email.
• Deliveries are typically completed between 12pm–7pm unless otherwise arranged.

Invoice & Total Amount

After submitting the order form, you will receive an email with your total cost (including GST), any add-ons or delivery fees, and your payment instructions.

Payment Method

• Payments are accepted via Interac e-Transfer.
• Payment instructions, including where to send your e-Transfer, are sent privately with your invoice email after your order is reviewed.

Payment validates your order.

Payment Deadline

• Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice email.
• Orders not paid within 24 hours may be cancelled automatically.

Changes

• Minor changes can be accommodated within 12 hours after placing your order (depending on availability).
• Changes after items have been purchased may incur extra charges.

Cancellations

• Cancellations are only accepted before payment.
• Once payment is received, cancellations are not guaranteed as items may have been purchased.

• Custom boxes can be based on your theme, colors, or inspiration images.
• Inspiration photos can be sent through Instagram DM (@thegiftingbench) or WhatsApp.

Exact items in a custom box may vary depending on availability, but the overall theme and quality will always match or exceed expectations.

Due to the personalized nature of gift boxes:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds after payment is received.
• If an item is damaged on arrival, we will replace it whenever possible.
